Man, the first week of DTS has been really amazing!
I feel such a close bond with everyone. The Holy Spirit is really knitting us together!
Getting into the groove of the schedule has been a little difficult, but fun at the same time.
The lectures have been on random topics this week. One really cool thing we did was staff/student testimonies. It look 5 1/2 hours, but it was awesome!!! It made me remember how blessed I've been, and how thankful I am for the way I grew up.
One of my favorite things I learned about this week was how to intercede correctly! It's been powerful.
   Today we went into Christchurch and did some worshipping on this hill that looked over the city. We prayed over the city and some other nations. Then we ate lunch up there. After that we went into town and the staff broke us into groups, told us we were in the "AW80 AMAZING RACE", then gave us a piece of paper with a clue on it! We had to run around the city finding other clues until we reached the finish line! It was hard and super fun at the same time. Christchurch is very, very beautiful. I wish I could've stopped and gotten some photos of all the places we were running!
Now I'm back at the base and exhausted. Going up to the prayer room soon to get some one-on-one time with Jesus.
